During my recent stay at a hostel in Edinburgh, I had a great time exploring the city. The location of the hostel was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the main attractions. The beds were comfortable and I especially appreciated the curtains for added privacy. The hostel had a clean and organized atmosphere, and the facilities, including the showers and bathrooms, were well-maintained. The air in Scotland felt fresher compared to other parts of the UK, which was a nice change. Additionally, there were plenty of pubs and bars nearby, offering a vibrant nightlife scene. I would recommend this hostel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. First, the luggage storage only accepted coins, which was inconvenient for someone like me who prefers paying by card.

Amazing location! Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate any issues that arose during my stay.- The breakfast provided was a nice gesture and helped start the day off on a good note.

The cleanliness of the toilets was a major letdown. The trash cans were overflowing and it seemed like they weren't being properly maintained.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and also very close to public transportation. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, which made for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. They were not always as clean as they should have been and it was a bit off-putting.

The location was perfect! Right next to the main train station and close to the city centre. Facilities were brilliant - lockers available for luggage storage and a kettle in the room to make tea. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist. The room was really nice and spacious with comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant had special offers for guests.

    Felt so welcome, no complaints.

Location incredible, opposite train station! Comfortable bed, perfect duvet. Perfect neighbourhood, close to attractions. Clean place, room, showers. Comfortable bed with curtain. Fast and easy check-in/out. Great location. Better facilities than other hostel.

    Can't fault anything about it.

The location was amazing, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was super sweet and helpful, even without a reservation. The hostel offers discounts at nearby restaurants. Check-out was easy, perfect for early morning departures. The facilities were in good shape, with AC in the room and strong wifi. Showers were hot and the lockers spacious. The hostel is centrally located and offers privacy with coded entry. Friendly staff and clean bed linen.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable! It was within walking distance to all the attractions and sights that I wanted to see during my stay. the bunks in the rooms were equipped with curtains, power points, and lights, which added a touch of privacy and convenience. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at the hotel. The bathrooms were sometimes dirty, even after being cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

Located right next to the main train station, St Christopher'S Edinburgh Old Town is in an unbeatable location, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. The airport bus 100 also stops close by, offering easy access to and from the airport. With a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions right on the street, guests will never be short of things to do. The comfortable rooms feature private bunk beds with curtains for added privacy, and the friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay.

Some guests mentioned that the bathrooms were not always cleaned thoroughly, with dirt and wet floors being a common issue.

I had a smooth and quick check-in experience at the hotel. The beds in the room were comfortable, and the curtains provided privacy in the micro rooms. The air in Scotland felt cleaner and fresher compared to other parts of England. The proximity of the hotel to public transportation, gardens, museums, and the castle was a major advantage. I also enjoyed exploring the various pubs and bars in the area.

The inconvenience of having to go back and forth between two different buildings and up and down stairs, especially for someone like me who is older. It would have been helpful to have a lift in the building where my bed was located.

Value for money was great, got my own themed en-suite apartment which had everything I needed for a short stay and was just 5 minutes from the train station. The location was perfect, with a view of the train station and a convenient bar/restaurant next door. The night shift receptionist was amazing, providing insider tips to navigate the city center without parking.

Breakfast option could've been better, would have loved to be informed about the lounge facility in the other building where we could make coffee and use a microwave. It added to the expense of our stay tremendously.

We had an amazing experience at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The dorm rooms were clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better, as we were close to the Old Town and train station. Another bonus was the affordable lockers for storing our belongings. They even went above and beyond by letting us print urgently needed documents for free and offering a low-priced luggage storage option after we checked out. it was a fantastic stay!

    It was all superb! 👌

Convenient location, with key attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff who were available at the reception to assist with any queries or concerns.- Comfortable beds and mattresses provided a good night's sleep.

Dirty bathroom facilities, particularly the showers, with no curtains causing everything to get wet. Unfriendly staff at the bar.
